Hi, I’m Ben Samson and I’m so pleased that you have found Skilful Talk.
Skilful Talk’s mission is to help you succeed in being able to get across your message in the best way possible.
Whether you have an interview, performance review, presentation to give, or perhaps even a casual interaction, our aim is help you be able to show yourself in the best possible light.
I’ve been working in the job preparation market and e-learning field since for over 10 years and have got to understand a lot of the struggles that people go through in order to get a job.
One area that people struggle with is the interview. Not just being able to answer the questions correctly but also being able to present themselves in the best possible light.
There needed to be a tool where people could take a real good look at themselves as well as getting proper, knowledge-based feedback so they could improve.
And I just couldn’t really see anything good enough out there.
So, that’s why I wanted to create something different.
A tool that you could use to get asked the correct questions and be able to give the correct answers.
A big research team (Retorio) has created a scientifically validated personality and culture model that has analyzed over 100,000 people from all around the world in order to create the platform that we are proud to present.

Our system is built on the Big 5 model (McCrae & John 1992). This model is probably the only one that has reached almost complete consensus.
